Oracle Apps request sets

Hi,


     does anyone already have a script they could let me have that
unloads a specified apps request set to a flat file for distribution.
I.e builds  the fnd_program.request_set etc commands from the
appropriate table definitions.



I've started writing one but its taking a time and I need it urgently.
