[Q] Oracle web listener hang with almost 100% CPU utilization ?

 I got a problem with my job that Oracle web listener(ver 3.0.1.0.1) always hang within an hour after my web ap started run. Oracle web and database(ver 7.3.3) are on the same machine. I also used OWA replacement catridge(by Tom Kyte) for my image upload task(it's a nice tool !!). My web ap is frame-based in the browser, does it matter? Oracle 's engineer here told me that if my browser is MSIE 3.x and I use owa_util.redirect_url in my PL/SQL procedure, the problem does always happen. BUT it's not my case.

Would you please give me some hint tips to the above problem ?
