TNS Listener stoppage

We recently changed network architecture after a corporate restructure, and our Oracle Server has a problem now with the OracleTNSListener service automatically disconnecting. I can manually start the service, but it stops automatically after ~ 20 secs. Ideas, anyone?

I changed the IP address of the server to match the new network system, but changed nothing else. We also have a new NT domain that the server logs into. I appreciate any replies.
