Hi Manohar:

You are saying it is conencting to the serive and getting disconnected after 20 sec. If so, there is no problem with your .ora files. Still u can try another thing, I suppose.

open lsnrctl

LSNRCTL> show startup_waittime
.
.

LSNRCTL> show connect_timout

See both are set properly. Ideally waitime is Zero and timeout is 10
