Not sure for NT, but normally the 'Intelligent Agnet' should be running. I am quite sure there are patched versions of IA for NT, but you did not list
the versions you have installed.

I would remove the entry. It forces you to set the instance name when starting
svrmgr, thus making pretty sure you connect to the right instance.
