8.0.4 and Direct path Load

Was the Direct Path option of SQLLDR only introduced in 8.0.5? I have an 8.0.5 CD (or so I thought) but the version installed claims to be 8.0.4. When we try using a Direct=TRUE, it complains the database must be 8.0.5.0.0 for direct path. Is this true? Any quick upgrade to 8.0.5?
