Multi-Master Replicatoin

Hi,

I am looking for some documentation on how to setup multi-master replication. I have read the online documentation, which instructs one to use the replication manager. Unfortunately, the replication manager wizard does not work. It appears as though it has been hard coded with a Java8.us.oracle.com value. As a result, when the wizard is setting up the replication groups, it fails because it can not access the above site. Any documentation on how to configure multi-master replication from the command line would be great!!!
