Thanks. I did find on Oracle's web site that it will work with 7.3.4 and I did do a simple test application no problem connect etc... My greater concern is we are doing some stuff with ref cursors and I wanted to be sure that when I switch drivers I won't inherit a bunch of code modifications.

The other think I've seen reference to is applying patches to the Oracle Server and I wanted to be sure there weren't any patches that would be required.
