Do you have access to an Oracle8 8.0.5 Server CD (Enterprise Edition or not, it shouldn't matter)? OCIW32.DLL is part of the 8.0.5 Required Support Files. When you choose to install this from the Oracle Installer, this will also copy the library OCIW32.DLL.
