OCI array binds don't seem to work as advertised. According to "OCI
Programmer's Guide", you pass the address of the array to
OCIBindByPos(), then specify the number of elements in the iters
parameter of OCIStmtExecute(). But the result is only one execution,
for the first array element. Can anyone supply the missing piece of the
puzzle?
