importing complicated-format data

Hi,

I have a question that. Is there any way or is it possible in Oracle to import the data in the following example format ?

three dimensional file format such as,

year month day1 day2 day3 .... day31

1970 Jan       ........       data    ................
1970 Feb      ........                  ................
    ..................................................
1970 Dec      .........      data    .................
1971 Jan       ...........    data  ......  ...........

........

2. multi dataset - three dimensions such as,

year month day1 day2 day3 .... day31

1970 Jan       ........       data1    ................
1970 Jan       ........       data2    ...............
1970 Jan        ........      data3    ................
1970 Feb     .............    data1   .................
1970 Feb     ...........      data2    ................
..........
1971 Jan     .......
