Error message ORA-01037 - max cursor memory exceeded

Hi,

on a complex sql query our developers got an ORA-01037 errormessage (max cursor memory exceeded) but due to the software they customize it`s not possible to simplify this complex query. Does anyone know if (and how) it`s possible to increase cursor memory on oracle 7.x ?
