NET80 fails to work on my win-95.

After I setup Oracle 8.0.4 on Solaris 2.6(Ultra-5), I can't have my client PC to connect to it. Everytime the error messages are like somewhat by win-95
" illegal operation from the programme, ..." ( just standard OS error message like all the MS products.

could anyone pointer me on this problem? The client is also 8.0.4.

ps. I think no mistakes for my tnsnames.ora or sqlnet.ora setup on the PC client.
