Hi,
our members table contains a password field (varchar2(255)). The passwords are encrypted. The encrypted password contains characters which are not defined in the used character set (ISO8859-1). In the export file (ISO8859-1) those characters are replaced by '?' characters. After importing this table into the new database (ISO8859-1) the passwords are invalid because of the question marks.

Is there a way to export and import this passwords in binary (or hex) mode, so the passwords are not destroyed.

Regards
