I can answer this one, if you haven't already gotten one. When you create the list box, in the Property Pallette, find the Elements in List property, and press the button to display the elements.

You should only have one listed. Highlight the first element, CTRL + < to delete the element, and delete the value also. Press OK and things should work out with the list being populated at runtime.

This will clear that compilation error.
