how to start Webserver 3.0 on AIX 4.3 -> RS/6000

If I do the following



owsctl start admin



I get the errormessage "OMN-2001 could not contact adress server". DNS
should be configured correctly.



If I process before that  first statment "owsctl start -e wrb" the same
error happens.
