Incremental Backup/replication

Hi everybody

I wonder if it's possible to change data on 2 machines. Both have the same database and change,insert,delete,update data.

Is there any possibility to get the changes in the database from machine 1 to machine 2 without losing data.

I know, this actually is a standard replication scenario, but are there any other possibilities to get this thing done.
