Which NT to install

Newbie question...

I've got the 30 day demos (that never expire) and want to install. Unfortunately, my version of Solaris is Intel, and Oracle wants the native Sun version (Sparc or better). Ok, Plan B is the WinNT version. But which one? Must I have NT Server running, or is NT Workstation usable? We're talking $400-500 dollars difference here...

thanks
