I'm stuck. Cisco Router between Client Desktops and Server.

Client site changed Network address for Oracle Server 7.3.4 on WinNT 4.0 sp3.
Desktops on public addresses. Server now on other side of Cisco 1605R router with address in private address range (e.g. 192.168.10.10). NAT running on router.

Ping and TNSPing both return replies.
SQL*Plus 3.3 does not connect.
Listener properly re-configured with new IP addresses hard-coded on server.
Client desktops tnsname.ora need not be reconfigured, as old IP address is mapped across router and forwarded to Oracle Server at tnew IP address.

Client desktop on private address range can connect with SQL*Plus, as can server looping back.

thanks in advance for any ideas.
