The only way that entries are made in the Add-Remove software list is if the installer program puts one there. The oracle installer program doesn't place one there. If you want to uninstall Oracle gracefully you MUST use Oracle Installer program and make the uninstall choices from the menu. This is not an oversight, it is intentional.
