OCI question - getting table name from OCIRef *

I'm writing an OCI application that fetches OCIRef *'s. How do I get the name of the table each REF refers to, using OCI? I need to output the table names for subsequent reloading by SQL*Loader. (SQL*Loader REF clauses require an OID and a table name.)

Thanks.
Charles
