Oracle Web Application Server question ???

Hello,

In Web Application Server, how can I do this using "cookies" ???

If the client want to enter some pages, they have to Login, otherwise, it will redirect to the Main page or showw the Login page for login. How ????
Any simple examples for Web Application Server in PL/SQL ???
