Your ODBC DSN has an Oracle service name which doesn't occurs in your %ORACLE_HOME%\net80\admin\tnsnames.ora. This file should match the listener.ora on the server, ie any entry in listener.ora should occur in tnsnames form in the tnsnames.ora.
