Help w/ Error #12154

I'm trying to open Oracle 8.0 DB in Access 97 and getting the following after I try to login a password...

[Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name (#12154)[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed (#0)

Any help with similar experiences and fixes, would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
