Oracle 8i Tools usable in germany ?

Hi all,

sorry, that i repost my message, but it still have a big problem to use Oracle 8i Client Tools on German NT 4.0 machines.

My problem :
I cant use any Alt-Gr Keys within Sqlplus, Sql-Worksheet and all other frontend tools.
I cant type the | character or the @ character, so i have to copy these charaters
form a text-editor and paste them into the oracle-tool.

I have a Toshiba Tecra 750CDT, Winnt 4.0 with Servicepack 4, Oracle 8i NLS_LANG = GERMAN_GERMANY.WE8ISO8859P1 U.Kaemmerer
