Deploying Form-Builder Apps on Web

Hello everyone,

Hope someone can provide some help on the following issues involving deploying existing Form-Builder applications via the web using Oracle Web Application Server 3.0.1

1. Any way to overcome the unsupported ICO iconic image files with GIF files?
2. Are there any differences between using Netscape and IE browsers?
3. I notice there are instances of missing text labels, wrongly labelled buttons etc. Any clear guidelines on the restricted features when developing D2K forms for the web?
