This is a NT message that the application log is full. You can correct by going to the Start button, Programs, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. Once inside Event Viewer, You can either delete the Application Log or change the settings for it. I recommend that you change the settings. Choose Log Settings off the Log menu. Choose the options that work best for you for each of the three logs.
