Problem installing OA 10.7 NCA

Hello there,
I need someone who has experiences in migrating Oracle Applications 10.7 SC to 10.7 NCA. I actually have problems with the installation of OA 10.7 NCA and I hope to get some hints to fix the problem. We've done the installation like documented in the installation guides. All the listener, brokers, cartridges, DAD are set up and are working very well. The forms server can be started and is accessable. But every time the appletviewer tries to load FNDSCSGN via the forms server it gets the following error message in the java console:

Neither a local Oracle consultant nor the german customer support could help me to fix the problem up to now (including a complete reinstall). The migration to NCA should be very simple but not at our site I guess. Do you have any idea what's the problem causing?
