look ng for tools for scheduled report generating

My client needs to run a bunch of queries against the Oracle DB to generate different types of reports. The requirements are:

1. the reports generation should be automated and be run periodically
2. the tool must be able to generate reports with some fancy layout like different fonts types and sizes, grids, basically like a Excel spreadsheet printout.
3. the output files should be easily viewable from a PC equipped with standard office software.

Can someone suggest a tool that would provide the described features?
