I did it in Forms 4 days.
All you do is on the field where you have your 'Auto Reduce' search criteria
is to set off a timer when entering the field. After every second or so, go
to the block you want to query on, execute your query based on your auto
reduce criteria and jump back to the field. The timer should be deleted on
exit of this field or on entry to the next field in the sequence.
