[Problem] Oracle Application Server!

We want to try packages in OAS,  so would like to install it's sample.
But every time we failure,application status always "down".
We try inside packages in SQL plus 8.0,it can run successfully.
But run it in browser,it response "invalid URL" or "no such virtual host".



How can I install PL/SQL samples in OAS,and run it successfully?
Please help me,thanks.
