A Simple Question?

Greetings,

I am researching Oracle database development for my company and ran into a rather simple question that I have been heretofor unable to answer. The situation is that we are considering upgrading our VB/Access application to VB/Oracle. Assuming that migration and development is complete, how would I distribute the database structure and data to a user site? Again, I thought that this was a simple question that would have a simple answer. I will, however, appreciate any and all knowledge regarding this issue.
