Accessing http://myhost:80/webdb/
fails with "Database Log In Failed"

webdb/bin/sqlnet.log throws out the following (see below) ... which means little to me...
I did try creating an entry in listener.ora but I got the same "Database Log In Failed" error..but no output in sqlnet.log
