You may need to provide a little more information

1 - are the Oracle Forms running on the client or on the Windows Terminal Server or is it Cytrix WinFrame/Metaframe - you don't make it clear.

2 - I assume we are talking Oracle Forms. (which version)

3 - which version of Oracle server

4 - which version of SQLNet

5 - are the non Oracle comminications links confirmed as working - are packets travelling as expected.

6 - are the queries identifiable and are they reaching the database. Looking in the SGA is good for identifying that.
