Oracle and Terminal Server/Metaframe

First, I know nothing about Oracle. I provide support for Windows NT, Windows NT Terminal Server and Citrix Winframe/Metaframe. My customers use SQL Net to connect to an Oracle Database on a Unix box.

We have a problem every now and then when someone uses Form Tools to retrieve information, for whatever reason, the menu/screen seems to hang while posting the information. I've queried our Oracle folks here and no one seems to know what's causing the problem.

Any ideas?
