Everyone is entitled to their opinion!
However it is usual to come from one system you have been using for x number of years onto another, realise that you cannot immediately do something in the new db as you can do in the old, then judge the new db as crap! Its called 'being set in your ways'.

Give it time, you'll like it (with a bit of practise and experience) ;-)
