Oracle Backup by Using ADSM

We are going to use ADSM to backup our Oracle Databases. The ADSM Engineer is coming next week to install the ADSM and configure the system for Oracle backup.. We are using Oracle Server 8.0.5 in AIX.

Does anybody there have any experience of using ADSM to do the Oracle Backup?
As a DBA, what should I prepare?

Please give me a brief list of the procedures? What files should be configured?
Should I write any script for the ADSM backup?

Any help, any advice, any opinion would be greated appreciated.
