Strange Message:

Does anyone knows why my Oracle Server (Netware) gives A LOT of this message:

ORACLE7: Unable to open CONFIG.ORA after 600 tries

1 - I use Oracle 8! Why does the message says ORACLE7? 2 - What this messagem means and how can I fix this?
