Windows 98 / Oracle 8.0 client installation Error

I HAD Oracle 8.0 client installed on a Pentium 350 with Windows 98, then uninstalled/deleted orawin95 directory. Then I tried to reinstall Oracle but got the following error at the 2nd screen after loading the cd.
