Hi,
I have a big problem.
I work as DBA in a multinational across Europe. My DB so far has been used in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and UK with their own language but the same character set (WE8ISO8859P1). New plants needs to use this DB but they are in Russia an in Greece with Chyrillic and Grecian characters.

Is it possible to do this in only one database? For example to create some tables with a specific character set.

Thank you for the help
