8.0.4 is the current certified version for Windows 98. If you have 8.0.3,
try to re-install it. I was able to get 8.0.3 to run fine (as long as I did
not try to load 8.0.4 client software). You probably want to upgrade to
8.0.4 to eliminate your problem.
