It's super product that does a lot of work for you. If you have a lot of specialized design ideas then it may not be what you're after. It makes forms for you using it's idea of a form.
Oracle's web server has a toolkit that allows you to develop html
forms on the fly with data from the database too - from scratch.
This could be used to design anything as long as you don't mind
pl/sql.
I can design html pages with something like Visual Page and then
convert it to pl/sql with Oracle's WebAlchemy automatically. It's very
fast.
