How to get 'minutes' printed ?

Hello,
Im using PL/SQL and want to print SysDate, i use function to_char with the following format string : 'DD/MM/YY - HH:??:SS' i don't know what letters to put for 'minutes' I think it's too easy question but i didn't find info on the format string conventions..
