HELP WITH ORACLE GRAPHICS .VERY URGENT ! ! !

I am having problems with embedding a graph in reports. This graph was previously being called from forms but as RUN PRODUCT does not work for GRAPHICS
on th WEB we are embedding our graphs in reports and calling them.

But one particular graph has consistantly giving GPFs when embedded in reports.
Actually this problem was there in the DEVELOPER 2000 (VER 1.5) also. The actual error is as follows.
On WINDOWS NT the error goes something like this,
