Help Getting Started with PL/SQL

I'm new to PL/SQL and wish to learn how to provide CGI/Web interfaces to Oracle databases. I've been developing database interfaces already for a couple of years using Active Server Pages and VBScript. I wrote a very simple example that I share with my friends (see it at http://www.stai.com/aps/db_test/ ). Can someone provide me a PL/SQL example similar to the one I wrote for ASP and VBScript?

Nothing like a good example to get started.
