I've been thinking to take a course which teaches according to the
Certification guidelines for Oracle Developer. It's an en extended course
for about four months.
Is it possible to learn Oracle by yourself? I have an engineering background.
Can Oracle be loaded on to a home computer? If so, how much does Oracle cost?
