Help Is Highly Requested !!!
Please advise how to learn Oracle. I have the complete software, including the Oracle* : Personal Edition.

What I need is just a step-by-step guide where to brgin and how to develop. I don't have time for courses of any kind, and I want to learn it on my own, on ppersonal efforts.

Your advice will be highly appreciated.
