Hi,

I need to connect to an Oracle 7.x database using 'javascript'.

A simple sql statement as counting/displaying records from a table as emp or dept is passed in the script and a count or data dump result set is expected as an output.

The above should be easily accomplished WITHOUT using Livewire and Netscape Server i.e. a conventional HTML/Javascript from a client machine.

Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

Thanks a ton in advance.
