Hi Folks:



    I am trying to help someone diagnose a problem that occurs
when trying to connect to Oracle 7.3.<?>.  I don't have Oracle
manuals sitting here.  Is there something on-line where I can
look them up?  I am searching http://www.orafaq.org/faqmain.htm

and several other URLs that were posted recently.
