Off of Oracle ftp server. If you can't get there through a firewall, the ftp
ip address is: 192.86.154.96

You will need to change directories to /server/patch_sets/ and under this directory will be the directory for you platform. Under the
platform specific directory you will find the 73patchsets directory.
